Sites tell Zailab's routing algorithm where to send inbound calls originating in certain locations. For example, if you have agents serving customers in New York, you would create a Site called New York.
Step 1: Click Sites on your Administrator Dashboard.
Step 2: This view displays a list of your organization's Sites. To add a new Site, click the plus icon on the top right-hand side of the list view.
Step 3: Enter a name for your Site and click Done. Your new Site can now be used to set up Work Types.
Note: You cannot remove a Site that is currently being used in work types or agent attributes.
Step 1: Click the trash can icon located on the top right-hand part of the sites list-view.
Step 2: Click the Sites you'd like to remove, then click the tick icon. (You can cancel the removal by clicking the cross icon.)
