Sites tell Zailab's routing algorithm which agent to send incoming interactions to based on the Site used in the Work Type. For example, if you have agents serving customers in New York, you would create a Site called New York.
Step 1: Click Sites on your Administrator Dashboard.
Step 2: This view displays a list of your organization's Sites. To add a new Site, click the plus icon on the top right-hand side of the list view.
Step 3: Enter a name for your Site and click Done. Your new Site can now be used to set up Work Types.
Note: You cannot remove a Site that is currently being used in work types or agent attributes.
Step 1: Click the trash can icon located on the top right-hand part of the sites list-view.
Step 2: Click the Sites you'd like to remove, then click the tick icon. (You can cancel the removal by clicking the cross icon.)
