Step 1: You can respond to a contact in the interaction panel. Select email as a channel.
Step 2: Expand the view of the email field
Step 3: Ensure that the correct “From” email address is selected. If the client has an email address on their contact card, it will automatically fill into the “To” field otherwise it will need to be input manually.
The Subject field will need to be filled in manually.
*imp - You are able to manually add more recipients via the CC and BCC fields
Step 4: The email content is added in the below-highlighted section.
Step 5: You can attach files (documents, PDFs, images) to the email by selecting the paperclip icon, as shown below.
Step 6: The Send button is located on the bottom left of the interaction history view. Note: the Send button will be greyed out if the subject line is incomplete. Once the email has been sent it will display in the interaction history.
