Step 1: You can respond to a contact in the interaction panel. Select email as a channel.
Step 2: Select the ''from'' and ''to'' email addresses from the section highlighted in red below. The subject line of the email should always be filled in.
Step 3: The field highlighted below shows the body of the email.
Step 4: You can attach files (documents, PDFs, images) to the email by selecting the paperclip icon, as shown below.
Step 5: The Send button is located on the bottom right of the contact card. Note: the Send button will be greyed out if the subject line is incomplete. Once the email has been sent it will display in the interaction history.
