Services tell Zailab's routing algorithm which agents are responsible for which departments. For example, if you have agents serving in a support capacity for your organization, you would create a Service called Support.
Step 1: Click Services on the administrator dashboard.
Step 2: This view shows a list of Services in your organization. Services with a blue outline are active and visible on the member view and Work Types creation view and Services that do not have the blue outline are not seen as "Active" and are not selectable from the members view or Work Type creation view. Click the plus icon located on the top right-hand side of the list view to add a new Service.
Step 3: Enter a name for your Service and click Done. Your new Service can now be used to set up Work Types.
Note: Services cannot be removed while marked as "active".
Step 1: Click the trash can icon on the services view to activate the delete state.
Step 2: Click the Services you'd like to remove, then click the tick icon. (You can cancel the removal by clicking the cross icon.)
