Step 1: The first step in setting up a campaign is adding a prospect list. First, click your new campaign to open it.
Step 2: Prospect lists within campaigns are listed in the same way the campaigns appear on the dashboard’s main screen. To add a prospect list, click the plus sign icon (+) on the right-hand side of your screen.
Step 3: The prospect list must be given a name; it may also be assigned an optional external reference for tracking purposes.
Step 4: Select the work item that must be created in the waiting room. This work item defines the profile of the agent that must work on the prospects (sites, service, skills) as well as the priority of the work.
Step 5: You can now upload your prospect list in the form of a comma-separated values (CSV) file. Files must be structured in the correct order or else they won’t load correctly. The following step will show you how to structure them. (Please note that large lists can take time to process.)
Step 6: It’s important that your CSV file looks exactly like the one below. The order is as follows: title, first name, surname, home number, work number, mobile number 1, mobile number 2, and email address. The fields must be in this order, and the prospect must have at least one valid number. It is also important that you put the country calling code (such as ‘27’ for South Africa) in front of phone numbers.
