Step 1: Click on the Team's tile on the right-hand side of your screen. In the example below, the number one represents the one team in your organization.
Step 2: The Team's view allows you to see all the created teams within the organization. Click on the plus (+) symbol to add a new team to your organization.
Step 3: A pop-up will appear. Enter the name of your new team. Click Done to add this team to your organization.
Step 4: The new team has been added. You can now assign agents to that team.
