Break codes can be selected on the top right-hand side of your agent dashboard.
Break codes can only be selected or changed if your status is set to Not Ready.
Once your status has been set to Not Ready, you can change or select a presence.
To create or search for a contact, click on the plus sign icon (+) on the left-hand side of the dashboard.
To search for a contact, fill in one of the above fields and click on the search icon.
To create a contact, click on the Create button and fill in the required fields. Click save to store the contact information.
