As an agent, you can change your presence by selecting break codes on the top right-hand side of your dashboard.
Break codes can only be selected or changed if your status is set to Not Ready.
Once your status has been set to Off Duty, you can change or select a presence.
To create or search for a contact, click on the plus sign icon (+) on the left-hand side of the dashboard.
To search for a contact input the client’s information into the search bar and press enter on your keyboard. You can search for a client using the first or last name, phone number, or email address. If multiple contacts share credentials an Agent can scroll through a list of contacts matching the search credentials and select the contact they are searching for by clicking on it.
To create a contact, click on the Create button and fill in the required fields. Click save to store the contact information.
