Step 1: Click the Reports button on the quality manager dashboard.
Step 2: This view will give you access to all the reporting functions. Select Quality Assessment.
Step 3: Define the criteria for the report:
- Select team
- Select the name of a specific agent or select all
- Select the QA form
- Select a date.
Step 4: Click Download Report.
Step 5: Once the report has been downloaded, your dashboard will display a Download Successful message. It will be delivered as a CSV file, which can easily be imported into Excel
