Step 1: Click on the Reports tile.
Step 2: Select the Quality Assessment tab and click on "Quality Assessment"
Step 3: In the pop-up that appears, click on the drop-down menu to select a team you would like a report on.
Select the individual agent you would like a report on or click on All Agents if you want to a report on all the agents in that specific team.
Step 5: Select the quality assessment form.
Step 6: Select the date.
Step 7: Click on Download Report. It will be delivered as a Zip-archived comma-separated-values file, which can easily be imported into Excel.
Step 8: Once the report has been downloaded, your dashboard will display a Download Successful message.
