Step 1: Click Reports on the team leader dashboard.
Step 2: In Customer Sentiment, there are two types of survey reports: Agent Survey Rating and General Survey Rating. Select the type of report you need.
Step 3: Select the date.
Step 4: Click Download Report. It will be delivered as a Zip-archived comma-separated-values file, which can easily be imported into Excel.
Step 5: Once the report has been downloaded, your dashboard will display a Download Successful message.
