Step 1: On the QA manager dashboard, all the general members of your organization will be displayed. The filter allows you to search for the different services you're offering. When you select a service, it will present all the agents that offer that service.
Step 2: When you click on the agent's tile, it will display all past assessments. Each tile represents an assessment. The following information is available on the tile:
- Name of assessment
- Score in percentage
- Name of quality assessor
- Date and time
