How do I confirm my agent invitation?

Once your company’s contact center has been set up, your administrator will invite you as an agent.

You will receive an email invitation.

Click Accept to join the organization as an agent.

You will be taken to the ZaiLab sign-in page.

Enter your first and last name then click "next"

You will then need to create a password and confirm it, once done confirm that you have read and accepted the Privacy Policy and Terms of Service

 Click "Complete" once done.

You will then need to sign in with the credentials you have created.
