Step 1: Click the Work Flows tile on your Administrator Dashboard. Find the email workflow that you want to customize and click the more-options menu. Click Assign Emails.
Step 2: The Assign Email menu will appear. If you would like to customize your address, click the Custom Email Address tab. If you are happy with a system-generated address, click Generated Email Address.
Step 3a: If you are opting to customize the address, type in the email recipient name in the required field. Currently the domain must be set to 'mail.zaiconversations.com' – for example, 'firstname.lastname@example.org'.
To forward emails from an existing email address to a newly created Zailab address, you will need to set this up in the existing email account.
Step 3b: If you are happy to use a generated email address, Zailab will create one for you. This email address cannot be edited.
Step 4: Click the plus icon to assign your chosen email address to the email flow, then click Done to complete the process.
