Zailab caters to multiple levels of permission with regards outbound dialing; to limit the outbound capabilities of a member you must set their class of service.
Class of services are predefined as:
- internal (dialing through a flow)
- local (excluding mobile)
- local (including mobile)
- local and international
You allocate a class of service when you invite an agent to your organization. You can also edit class of service in the member properties view.
Step 1: From your Administrator Dashboard, click the Members tile on the bottom left.
Step 2: Click a member to open their tile.
Step 3: In the member properties view, scroll to Select Class of Service. Click the pencil icon edit the section, then click the class of service you'd like to assign the member. Click the tick icon to confirm your selection or the cross icon to cancel.
*NB - Class of Service only affects calls made without an Outbound flow selected, and "private" calls are not recorded.
