Step 1: To download the Zaiphone click on the link below:

Step 2: Click on the download to open:
Step 3: To install the Zaiphone click on the ‘More Info’ option.
Step 4: Click on run anyway.
Step 5: The below pop-up with appear, click on ‘OK’:
Step 6: Click on ‘next’:
Step 7: Click on ‘install’:
Step 8: Once the application has installed, click on ‘Finish’ to have it run:
Step 9: When the Zaiphone opens it will request a device name and PIN. You can find this information by clicking on the Gear Icon on the top right-hand side of your dashboard, then select Edit Profile:
Step 10: Type your device name and Pin into the Zaiphone setup screen.
now click “save”
If the setup is successful, a green phone icon will appear at the bottom of the phone.
When a SIP ALG is present on the network* agents may find difficulty with dialing out, a workaround for this is available on the latest version of the Zaiphone.
Simply access the account settings on your Zaiphone and find the "transport" selection.
UDP is selected by default, however, to circumvent the SIP ALG you need to select TLS, once you have selected TLS, edit the SIP Proxy on your Zaiphone to one of the below.
This will ensure that your Zaiphone always connects to the region you are in, regardless of your company's DNS settings, the proxy addresses are as follows:
● South Africa - sip.za.zailab.com
● US - sip.usw2.zailab.com
● Europe - sip.euw1.zailab.com
Once this has been completed select "save" if your changes were successful the Zaiphone will show a green cellphone symbol on the bottom left with the text "online" next to it.
