Personal Voicemail audio can be set for any members within a ZaiLab Organization.
To set your Personal Voicemail audio, select “Edit Profile”
On the personal information view, you can to enable your personal mailbox, by default the following personal mailbox audios will play depending on the country your organization was created in:
S.A - Please leave your message after the tone, when done hang up.
U.S.A & Europe - We can not connect you to the person you are calling right now, please leave a message or try again later
To be able to select your personalized audio, you need to ensure that an administrator has uploaded or created your audio. Then by selecting the pencil icon next to the enabled/disabled toggle switch, you will be shown all available audio messages.
Simply select the audio and click on “done”
Now your personalized voicemail is complete. To be able to view any messages in your personal mailbox, simply click on the mailbox icon on the top left-hand side of your dashboard
And select the personal option
