New changes have been issued for the Campaign manager, these changes are a continuation of January’s updates allowing you to upload up to 10 000 leads via a single CSV sheet.
The new changes will allow you to tick a box (Headers included) during the defining of the properties phase for the uploading of prospect lists.
This will enable you to upload your own CSV sheets as long as you have the correct headers in your document (Headers are case sensitive).
You can place these headers in any order of your choosing:
- Title
- Firstname
- Surname
- Home_Number
- Work_Number
- Mobile_Number_One
- Mobile_Number_Two
To ensure a successful upload, the following rules must be followed:
- All phone numbers require the correct prefix for the area you are calling
- All numbers must have the + symbol in front of the string as in the picture below
- The document must follow the E164 number format
