Please note that a name change has been actioned in the Work Flow Designer.
From your Administrator dashboard, navigate to the Work Flow node at the bottom of your screen.
All the work flows in your organization will be displayed. Click on any inbound work flow that is ready to be created.
In the Work Flow Designer, click on the plus sign icon after the start node.
You will see that the third node previously called ‘Menu’ has been renamed to ‘IVR.’
This stands for Interactive Voice Response.
