Wrap-up node is no longer a selectable node type, instead, its functionality has been replaced by additional features being added to the on-call node.
All existing wrap-up nodes will remain in the flows on organizations until an Administrator removes the node or deletes the work flow.
The On-Call node is now an editable node that allows an Administrator to customize the wrap-up timer per call path.
This means that an administrator can set different wrap-up times per flow as well as per call path.
To customize the wrap-up for your work flow, create your flow as per usual, once completed select edit on the “on-call” node’s drop-down menu.
This will present you with a new tile, allowing you to enable wrap-up.
By default, the automatic end wrap-up is disabled, after enabling automatic end wrap-up you are required to select the time at which it will activate.
After you have input the number of seconds it takes for automatic end wrap-up to take place, you will be able to select the “Done” button and finish publishing your work flow.
*Please note that the counter for automatic end wrap-up starts once a call has ended.
