Teamleaders now have the ability to change an agent's state from “on duty” to “off duty” with the simple click of a toggle switch on the Agent Availability drill-down view.
Teamleaders also have the ability to adjust an agent's currently selected presence when the agent is in an “off duty” state.
And last but not least Teamleaders have the extraordinary ability to log agents out of the system from the Teamleader dashboard.
This feature is accessed by selecting the 3 dots on the top right-hand corner of the agent's tile.
