Administrators are able to create custom contact fields that are available to agents via the contact card, using the “Contact Fields” tile on the Administrator dashboard.
To create your own custom Contact Field simply access the tile and select “Add Contact Field”
You will then be able to give the Contact Field a name and define its type:
Once you have saved the new contact field, it will immediately be available to agents via the contact card.
Agents will be able to update the desired contact field via the “edit” option on the clients specific contact card.
Contact fields also allow for more detailed client information to be uploaded via campaigns.
