Currently, we only support .CSV uploads for prospect lists.
To create a prospect list you will need to use Microsoft Excel or a similar program.
There are two methods for uploading a prospect list and they are as follows.
Method 1(without the use of Headers or Contact Fields):
Uploading a prospect list via this method requires knowledge of which columns correspond to the data presented on the contact card ( via the agent dashboard)
The columns are as follows:
Simply inputting the information on the excel document as shown in the below example will allow for it to successfully populate on the contact card when uploaded. (* the document you are uploading must be a CSV.)
The above-mentioned method does not allow campaign managers to upload customized prospect lists
*When inputting the phone numbers it must coincide with the e164 format and it must have the area code of the number you wish to dial. This can be done by inputting an apostrophe before the + symbol e.g:
- ‘+27
- ‘+44
- ‘+1
Method 2 (using headers and contact fields):
The second method allows Campaign managers to upload prospect lists with custom data such as:
- Addresses
- Social security numbers
- Additional email addresses
- ID numbers
And any other additional information that may be required, however, this method requires an Administrator to create additional contact fields prior to the uploading of a prospect list.
To read up on this please see the following article:

To upload prospect lists via the second method campaign managers are required to select the “Headers Included” option when defining the properties of a prospect list
When the Headers included option is selected, the prospect list must contain the headers of all fields including the additional field added by the Administrator, these headers are case sensitive and need to be completed correctly. The standard headers are as follows:
- Title
- Firstname
- Surname
- Home_Number
- Work_Number
- Mobile_Number_One
- Mobile_Number_Two
- Mobile_Number_Three
- Mobile_Number_Four
- Mobile_Number_Five
The client's information can be in any order as long as it corresponds to the Header.
