All members capable of accessing the Interaction Log view will now be able to see additional data variables captured by clients.
This is an improvement on the “Show more” clickable on the Conversation Card.
Any data captured by the “Additional Data” feature will be shown on the Interaction tile.
Also, Teamleaders are able to filter between all, offline, and online Agents on the team view.
