The Zailab Platform now allows Administrators to integrate with Single-Sign-On providers that adhere to SAML standards.
What are SAML standards?:
The Security Assertion Markup Language (SAML) is a standard for exchanging authentication and authorization data between security domains. It’s an XML-based protocol that uses security tokens to pass information about an end-user between an Identity Provider (your company’s SAML Single-Sign-On solution of choice eg. Active Directory, Microsoft Azure, Google Cloud Identity, etc.) and us, Zailab, the Service Provider.
Configuring SAML SSO requires some technical know-how, so we suggest consulting with your IT department and Zailab Support Agent for help with the setup.
