On the Administrator dashboard, find the mailbox tile and click on it:
Next click on the plus symbol (+) on the far right-hand side of the view to start creating your Mailbox:
A tile will pop up, here you will name your new Mailbox.
Once done click on the “next” button. You will be able to select from previously uploaded audio or upload new audio for your mailbox.
If you have previously uploaded an audio file, you can now select it and click on the “next button”.
If you have not uploaded audio for your mailbox, you can do so now by clicking on the tile with a plus symbol (+) available within the "Add a New Mailbox" view.
A new tile will appear allowing you to either upload an audio file or create a text-to-speech audio message.
Once you have uploaded an audio file or created your text-to-speech message click on the “done” button.
You will then be able to select the newly uploaded/created audio file from the view.
Once you have selected the audio click on the “next” button.
You will now need to allocate members to the mailbox. Simply click on the plus symbol (+) next to a member’s name to add them to the mailbox.
Once you have allocated all the required members to the mailbox click on the “done” button.
Your new mailbox is complete and will be selectable from the mailbox node in the work flow designer.
