As an Administrator you can allocate purchased numbers to members.
By doing this you are effectively giving a member a dedicated phone number.
To assign a number to a member click on the “Numbers” tile.
Any numbers that are not already assigned to a flow will be visible with 3 dots next to the number while numbers assigned to a flow will have the flow name below the number.
Clicking on the dots will allow you to assign the selected number to a member.
Select the member you want to assign the number too, once done the member's role and email address will appear below the number.
