To reschedule a campaign lead you will need to set the date and time for when the lead will serve from the waiting room.
For the time field, this is done by either selecting the minus (-) and/or plus (+) symbols respectively.
(The numbers themselves can also be selected and manually input)
To set the date click on the empty field and select the relevant date.
Once done click on the “Reschedule’ button
A green pop-up will appear to notify you that the campaign lead has been rescheduled.
