The Zailab platform allows you to view transcripts of Instant Messaging on the Admin dashboard by going through the following steps:
Step 1: Select the Interaction Log tile on the right hand side of your Admin dashboard
Step 2: Select the Filter Icon on the top left corner of the Interaction Log View
Step 3: Select Instant message under Channels on the Filter By view. You can also go to Advanced
Filter to specify your dates and member names and select Confirm when done
Step 4: Select the message you want to view by selecting the correct tile
Step 5: Select View Instant Message Transcript by clicking the underlined text.
