Campaign managers are able to change the way they view campaign lists and prospect lists.
List view for Campaign Lists:
To change from the tile view to the list view click on the list view icon on the top right-hand corner of the campaign view.
The list view of campaign lists allows you to filter current campaign lists based on State, Dialer type, and status by clicking on the filter tile in the top left corner.
The list view of Campaign lists allows you to see the following information:
Campaign Name - The name of your campaign
Dialer Type - The selected dialer type for the campaign
Not Server - the number of Leads that have yet to be served
Served - the number of leads served
Total - The total number of leads associated with the campaign.
Served % - the percentage of leads served.
Pending - The number of leads marked as pending.
Successful - the number of leads marked as successful.
Unsuccessful - the number of leads marked as unsuccessful.
Status - whether the campaign is paused or running
And provides the following buttons:
View prospect lists - takes you to the prospect list view
Edit Campaign - allows you to edit the selected campaign
Create Schedule - Allows you to create a schedule for the uploading of lead lists for the selected campaign.
Remove Schedule - removes the schedules associated with the selected campaign.
Archive - Archives the selected campaign.
List view for Prospect Lists:
To change from the tile view to the list view click on the list view button on the top right-hand side of the prospect list view.
The List view of prospect lists allows you to see the following information:
Prospect List Name - the name of the prospect list.
File Name - the name of the file that was uploaded with the prospects.
Not served - the number of prospects that have not been served.
Served - The number of prospects that have been served.
Total - the total number of prospects.
Served % - The percentage of served prospects.
Pending - the number of prospects marked as pending.
Successful - the number of prospects marked as successful.
Unsuccessful - the number of prospects marked as unsuccessful.
Start date - the day the prospect list was uploaded.
End date - The day the prospect list is set to stop serving if that option was set during the upload.
And provides the following buttons:
View Upload results - This shows the number of prospects uploaded as well as the rate of success.
List prospects - shows the prospect information.
Clear remaining items - clears all prospects that have yet to be served.
Download report - allows you to download a prospect list report.
