Administrators can now limit the interactions that Teamleaders, campaign managers, Quality Assessors, and QA Managers are able to view.
All handled interactions are stamped with the team that the member handling the interaction belongs to, for a Teamleader, campaign manager, Quality Assessor, or QA Manager to be able to view the interaction, they will need to be a part of the same team.
Example 1 :
John is part of the sales team, therefore any interaction handled by John is stamped with the team “sales”.
For his Teamleader, campaign manager, Quality Assessor, or QA Manager to be able to see the interactions handled by John or anyone else within the sales team, the Teamleader, campaign manager, Quality Assessor, or QA Manager will also need to have the team “Sales” allocated to his/her profile.
Example 2:
Eliza is not part of a team, therefore any interaction handled by Eliza is stamped with “blank”.
For her Teamleader, campaign manager, Quality Assessor, or QA Manager to be able to see the interactions handled by Eliza, he/she would need to have all teams removed from his/her profile.
*imp - Abandoned, callbacks, forwarded, missed, and mailbox interactions will only reflect on the interaction log when no teams are allocated to a Teamleader, campaign manager, Quality Assessor, or QA Manager.
