Using the Member Directory, it is possible to perform both blind and warm transfers to other members in your organization.
Note: This functionality is in beta, and may not yet be available for your organization.
Step 1: From your dashboard, click through to to the Member Directory.
Step 2: If you are on a call, you will notice two buttons at the bottom of each member listing:
The next steps depend on whether you wish to perform a blind transfer or a warm transfer.
Step 3: To transfer your call without first consulting the member you wish to transfer to, simply click Transfer.
Step 3: To consult the member you wish to transfer to before making the actual transfer, click Consult. A pop-up will appear for the duration of this consultation.
Step 4: Once you are ready to transfer your call, click Connect Parties on the consultation pop-up. If you do not, in the end, wish to transfer your call, click Cancel Consult to be taken back to the Member Directory.
