Prerequisites:
To successfully implement the use of a DNC list, an Administrator will need to create a custom Contact Field which will be used as the identifier for the DNC list.

Creating a DNC List:
The DNC list must be a .csv document. Input the name of the identifying field in the first column with the relevant information below it as seen in the below example.
*imp - DNC lists only work with prospect lists that have been uploaded with the custom contact field.
*imp - DNC lists only work with prospect lists that have been uploaded using the “Headers Included” feature. For more information on uploading prospects lists see the following article.
Uploading A DNC List:
Step 1:
To upload a DNC List (Do not Call list), select the three dots next to your campaign's name, and from the drop-down select “schedule SFTP DNC”.
Step 2:
You will now be required to input the following information:
- SFTP Host
- SFTP Port
- SFTP Username
- SFP Password
- SFTP Path
And select an interval (how often the platform will check for a new list).
*imp - If you are unsure of the information required please contact your I.T department.
Step 3:
Once done select “Save” to complete the setup of your DNC upload.
*imp - DNC lists can only be uploaded using the SSH File Transfer Protocol method.
*imp - DNC lists will only affect the prospect lists that were present before the DNC list was uploaded.
*imp - Each time the platform checks for a new DNC list, a check is performed to ensure that previously uploaded lists are not uploaded again.
How to disable the DNC List upload:
To do the uploading of DNC lists for a campaign, click on the 3 dots next to the campaigns name and select “schedule SFTP DNC”
Select “Remove” from the available options.
