Simplify your work environment by integrating your ticketing system with our platform. In order to integrate your ticketing system, you need to create a new Ticketing flow on your Admin Dashboard. You can follow the steps below to set up your Ticketing flow:
Creating the Work Type:
1.First, create a Work Type on your Dashboard by selecting the Work Types Tile.
2.Click on the Plus sign to create a new Work Type.
3.Enter a Work Type name and select the Next Button
4.Ensure the Ticket is selected under Select Channel as well as any other Services, Sites, Skills, etc required, and click on next.
5.Select your target response time and business value and select finish.
1.Select the Work Flows tile on the Dashboard.
2.Select the plus sign to create a Work Flow.
3.Give the flow a name and select the Ticket tile in the Flow Channel and select next.
4.You are now ready to set up your Ticket Flow by selecting the Ticket tile you have just created.
5.Your whole flow will consist of the below nodes. You can see more on how to set up a ticket flow by following the same steps as the email flow.
6.The next step is to assign your webhook by selecting the burger menu at the top right of your Ticket flow tile and selecting Assign Webhook.
7.Here you start by:
- Selecting Create a Webhook
- Giving your Webhook a name
- Inserting your Header Name and
- your Header Value.
You finish it off by selecting the plus sign and clicking Done.
8.(optional) The next step is to set up Additional Data.

9.Here you configure your Additional Data by inserting your Variable Names and Display names and click on the plus sign and selecting done.
You should now be set up for your Ticket flow.
