With today's release, agents gain access to rich text controls when they're drafting an email from the contact card. Alongside this, the agent tab will now play an alert sound when the agent enters the Not Responding state.

- Text-formatting options are now available during email composition.
- The formatting panel will be familiar to anybody who has used an online text editor or email composer. With it the text weight and style may be changed; underlines and strikethroughs may be applied; bulleted and numbered lists may be created; basic font types may be changed; colors and highlights may be applied; and text alignment may be adjusted.
