Agents can now pause and resume call recording while they capture sensitive information such as credit card details. With this release your organization may attain full PCI compliance using Zailab's platform.

- It is now possible to pause and resume call recording on command.
- Call recordings will still be presented as a single continuous file.
- Currently it is only possible to pause and resume call recording on interactions that have been linked to a conversation. Extension of the functionality to cover this situation are planned for a future release.
