Creating a Contact List:
To create a transfer list select the Transfer list tile located at the bottom of the admin dashboard.
On the transfer list view select the plus symbol on the far right-hand side.
You will then be required to give the transfer list a name.
If there are any Business partner or contact center limitations on this list please select the appropriate Business Partner and Contact Center.
*imp - If a Business Partner and Contact Center is selected, then any agent not a part of that Business Partner and Contact Center will be unable to view or select this transfer list.
*imp - Any agents that have been allocated to a Business Partner and Contact Center will be unable to view or select a transfer list if the Business Partner and Contact Center were not selected during the list creation process.
Once you have completed the above, click on “save”.
Your transfer list has been created, now it will need to be populated with information.
Adding contact information to a Transfer List:
To add contact information to your transfer list click on the appropriate transfer list in the Transfer List view.
You can add the contact information such as name, surname, and number once done click on the correction tick located at the bottom right-hand corner of the view.
This can be repeated multiple times to add sufficient contact information to the transfer list.
Click “back” once done.
How to customize the Transfer list:
Administrators are able to customize transfer lists preventing certain members from seeing a transfer list, to do this simply click on the appropriate transfer list
Then select either “teams” or “members”.
Selecting teams will allow you to dictate which teams are able to view the transfer list on the contact card, if no team is specifically selected then all teams will be able to view the transfer list (as long as the members within that team matches the business partner and contact center options that were set when creating the transfer list).
To set that the transfer list is only visible for specific teams simply click on the toggle that states “disabled” this will then enable the transfer list for only the selected team.
Selecting members will allow you to dictate which members are able to view the transfer list on the contact card, if no member is specifically selected then all members will be able to view the transfer list (as long as the members within that team matches the business partner and contact center options that were set when creating the transfer list).
To set that the transfer list is only visible for specific members simply click on the toggle that states “disabled” this will then enable the transfer list for only the selected member(s).
*imp - If a team was selected then only members of that team will show in the member's view.
*imp - the transfer list only reflects on the Contact Card for Agents.
