The option to select a transfer list is only available on the contact card on the Agent dashboard, and it will only be visible if the Administrator has implemented the transfer list and you are eligible to select from the options available.
Agents that are eligible to select from the transfer list will have it reflected on the contact card under “check member availability” and “Work Type Transfer”.
To select a transfer list click on the “transfer list” button and select a transfer list from the drop-down.
You will then be able to select a specific contact to transfer to.
Once you have selected the appropriate list and contact the consult and transfer buttons will become available. The transfer allows you to complete a blind transfer to the contact while consult allows you to complete a warm transfer to the contact for more information on how warm transfers work please see the following article.
