Agents now have the ability to raise or lower their hands from the agent dashboard.
When an agent clicks on the raise hand button the team leader dashboard will reflect that an agent has raised their hand.
The team leader can then click on the raise hand button to see which agent has raised their hand.
The team leader can then lower the agent’s hand and assist the agent.
