Campaign Managers are now able to implement Dialing rules and Webhooks for specific types of campaigns.
Dialing Rules:
Dialing Rules can be implemented on the Power and Progressive dialer types.
This will allow Campaign managers to automate the re-queuing of leads with specific outcomes.
Outcomes available for re-queuing are:
- Busy
- No Answer
- Voicemail
- Failed
- Overflow
Requeue Delays are set to hours, with maximum attempts ranging from 1 to 10. Multiple Dialling rules can be implemented for a single Campaign.
Webhooks:
Webhooks can be implemented on the Preview dialler campaign, allowing for the automatic uploading of leads from various cloud-based sources.
