To be able to view/get contact information from the agent dashboard. Follow the steps below.
Contact information is only available if the contact in question is saved on the platform.
Step 1: In the search bar on the contact card, you can search for a contact using either the contact's first name, last name, email address, or phone number.
Step 2: Click on the relevant contact, the contact card will then populate with that contact information.
Step 3: Agents are able to edit the information of a contact as well by clicking on the Edit button.
Editing a Contact:
Once you click on edit, the Edit Contact tile will open and agents are now able to add or remove the information about that specific contact. Once done editing, click “Save” as shown in the picture below.
