The interaction selection toolbar is located on the contact card between the Conversations section and the interaction history view.
This section provides agents with information on the number of interactions linked to a conversation and the types of interactions that can be found such as:
- Inbound call
- Outbound call
- Chat
- SMS
- Ticket
- Instant message
- Reminder
- Note
Agents are able to select an interaction by clicking on the relevant icon the selected icon will be highlighted and you will be taken to the interaction.
Using this method agents can find interactions on the contact card quicker.
