The action panel allows an agent to make calls, send emails, send SMSs, write notes, or create reminders.
The writing of notes and the creation of reminders are only available on contact cards where the client's information has been saved as seen in the above image.
On a contact that does not have a client's information saved agents only have the ability to call, send emails, and SMSs.
The action panel is the only place on an agent's dashboard that allows them to send emails, and SMS, create notes, and set reminders.
Each of these features can be accessed by selecting the appropriate icon.
