This feature serves as a reminder that notifies an agent of pending interactions that were scheduled as well as interactions that have been completed.
On the hud, you will see a bell icon similar to on the contact card, when selecting this option it will provide you with Pending and Done notifications.
Pending - Reminders that still need to be actioned
Done - Reminders that have been completed
Once you have selected the notification that is pending, your Contact Card will open on the contact that the reminder was set for, providing you with the information that still requires to be done.
When you have actioned the work and return to the Reminder icon on your hud, you will see the Notification has been moved to done indicating it has been completed.
