Step 1: When on the contact card make sure to select voice as your required channel.
Step 2: In this block, you will find the outbound flow you are dialing from and the number you are going to dial. If you have private set on the “From” section, the click-to-dial button will be greyed out.
Step 3: Once you have selected the Outbound Flow to dial from, the click-to-dial button will turn green and you will be able to dial the person you wish to call.
If multiple numbers are associated with a contact you can choose which number to dial by clicking on the arrows on the right-hand side of the click-to-dial button.
