Agents are able to edit/update the information of saved contacts via the contact card by following the below steps:
Step 1: Once you have selected your contact, click on the edit button as shown below.
Step 2: After having clicked “Edit”, you have the option to alter information, remove information or add information about the selected contact. You can add multiple mobile numbers and email addresses by simply inputting the data and then clicking on the “+” symbol.
Step 3:
Click on the “save” button to save your changes or click “Cancel” to undo the changes you have made.
