Agents are able to enable or disable email footers on their contact cards. Below you will be shown how to enable or disable email footers.
Step 1: Please click on the “Settings” button on the top right corner of your agent home dashboard and click on “Edit Profile” as below.
Step 2: Click on the edit button of the email signature option as in the image below.
Step 3: You will now find yourself in the signature editing section. Here you will see standard email editing tools to manipulate your signature and a white input block as seen in the image below. Here you can input text or images for your email footer. Once you are finished, you can click “Done”
Step 4: Once done you will see that the email signature has been enabled.
To disable your email signature simply remove all contents from the email signature editor.
And click done.
