SMS flows now have the added options of adding “Office Hours” as well as adding APIs (Application Programming Interface) to your flow.
Office hours:
This feature allows you to set your active office hours in which you will be receiving SMSs.
API:
An API is a software intermediary that allows two applications to talk to each other.
There are endless possibilities in which APIs can be implemented. Just one, for example, would be to add the world time to your flow via the API functionality which would then be displayed on your Contact card.
