A personal voicemail can be set for any member in a Zailab Organisation.
To set up your personal voicemail audio. Go to - Edit Profile
When on the personal information view, you have the ability to enable your personal voicemail by clicking the enabled/disabled toggle switch.
You will need to ensure that an Administrator in your Organisation has uploaded or created the audio you wish to use for your personal mailbox.
When selecting the pencil icon, which can be seen next to the enabled/disabled toggle switch, you will be presented with all available audio messages and can select your personalised audio.
If no audio is selected, no mailbox message will be played.
Once the audio has been selected, click on “done” to save your changes.
Your personalised voicemail has now successfully been assigned to you.
Disable:
To disable your personal voicemail, simply click on the enabled/disabled toggle switch.
