The following steps are to be followed after accepting a campaign lead in order to reschedule the selected lead:
Step 1: Once the lead has been opened on the contact card, you will find at the top of the contact card the following tab.
Step 2: When clicking on the “Date” line a drop-down will be displayed in order to select the date that you would prefer to reschedule the lead to. The time for this date can be set in the line just above this by either entering the time manually or clicking on the “+” or “-“ buttons until an appropriate time has been selected.
Step 3: Once you have selected the desired date and time, click on the “Reschedule” button.
Step 4: If all steps were followed correctly you will receive notifications at the top of your agent dashboard as seen below confirming the date and time that the lead has been rescheduled for.
