The new Contact Center Monitoring Dashboard now has the same UI/UX functionality as the Outbound Live Dashboard and will include the following:
- We will use the same grid view as for Campaign Manager Outbound Live DB.
- The option of re-sizing and re-ordering the columns as required
- The option of dragging and dropping the columns in the preferred order that will be saved in local storage
- A scroll bar will be visible that will allow scrolling both Vertically and Horizontally.
- A settings button to enable or disable fields from appearing on the Grid View which will also be saved in local storage
- A refresh button to keep you updated on the latest stats
- The option of viewing the column heading in full by hovering over the name
- The Ability to filter on specific stats - E.G. online/ offline (exists today)
- The ability to roll up the stats to a Team Summary
